BA LLB Distance Education Admission?
BA LLB distance education is not valid in India till now. The Bar Council of India (BCI) still does not recognize this degree as valid through distance learning mode. However, many other countries still find this ODL degree valid, but not in India today. Interested Candidates who want to pursue this course can take admission in regular learning mode.
If someone pursued this degree in distance education mode, then BCI won’t support them as a legitimate lawyer. A large number of universities are offering the course and admission will be based on the entrance exam and merit list criteria.
