Kashmir University Distance Education Admission 2025-26: The online application form for Postgraduate, Diploma, Professional, and Certificate programs will be for eligible candidates soon for the academic session 2025-26 at Kashmir University distance education. Admission to the desired course shall be based on the merit obtained by the candidate in their last qualifying examination. Kashmir university distance education admission form will be available until an expected last date of 25 April 2025. The university does not accept any entrance test for offering admission. Students can apply for any program through online mode at the university. University of Kashmir popularly known as Kashmir University was established in the academic year 1948-49. Being a collegiate public state university, it is located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The University of Kashmir established the Directorate of Distance Education in 1976. Kashmir University CDOE Admission Process 2025

Students can choose any courses as per their eligibility criteria. Various courses are offered in the program, such as postgraduate, certificate, professional, and diploma. An application process at Kashmir University is feasible for students who wish to apply for any desired course. Candidates can apply for admission till an expected date of 25 April 2025 once the admission portal gets open for the academic session 2025-26. One can choose to apply either online or offline mode. At the time of filling an application form it is mandatory to pay an enrollment fee of INR 500. The payment modes made available for candidates are Demand Draft, Cheque, UPI, Card Payment, and many more. Students are guided to visit the official website of  a university to apply for an aspiring course. 

University of Kashmir CDOE Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate Distance Programs: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant stream with 40-45% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
• Teacher Training Distance Programs: Three years Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Diploma Distance Programs: 3 years of Graduation with 50% marks aggregate.
• Certificate Distance Programs: Passed 10th with 40% marks aggregate.

Kashmir University Distance Education Application Process 

The applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their online application forms in the manner outlined below.

• Go to the kashmiruniversity.net and then click on the link Admission 2025.
• Before continuing, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the Important Instructions for Registration and the Submission of Application Form.
• Click on the “Register as Students” button to register. 
• Keep the Username and Password in your memory for use in the future.
• After you have successfully registered, you will need to log in to the system to submit your application online.
• Now enter your “Registration No” followed by clicking the NEXT button.
• After you have entered your relevant details and uploaded your most recent photograph in passport size, click the NEXT button.
• Now click on the submit button.
• You should get a printout of your application form and make a note of the form no. for use in the future.
• The non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.150 and processing fee of Rs.250 must be paid only via the online mode.

After three days have passed after the online application form was submitted, the candidates are required to verify the status of the fees associated with their application form. If there is a discrepancy in the candidate’s fees, the candidates have to get in touch with the office of the Directorate of IT&SS at the University of Kashmir.

Kashmir University PG Admission 2025

Kashmir University provides various postgraduate courses for distance education, such as MA, MSc, and MCom. These courses cover a range of specializations, including Mathematics, Urdu, English, Economics, Islamic Studies, Education, Kashmiri, etc. One who pursues any PG specialized course can complete it in 2 years spread across 4 semesters. Kashmir University distance education is planning to invite candidates to apply for these courses very soon. Candidates are advised to apply before the closing date of admission for the session 2025-26 which is expected to be 25 April 2025. 

Any student who holds a graduate degree in any specialization from a recognized body A complete tuition fee for the various PG courses is INR 20000. At the time of getting registered to any chosen course applicants have to pay a registration fee that ranges for INR 500.
