VTU Distance Education UG & PG Courses
VTU Distance Education offers a variety of UG and PG courses for students. Students can pursue courses like B. Tech and B.Arch and M.Tech and M.Arch, etc. These courses provide flexible learning options for individuals. VTU distance education programs are designed to provide quality education and help students enhance their skills and knowledge in their chosen disciplines. For UG program admission, candidates must have completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. For PG courses admission, a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field is required.
BTech:- Bachelor of Technology is a 04 years undergraduate engineering program. Students must have a 10+2 certificate with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized educational Board. Admission is based on the JEE score or KCET cutoff marks.
MTech:- Admission is based on the GAT/PGCET entrance score to be eligible for MTech program.

VTU is not offering any distance education programs but will start the admission process for regular courses in the upcoming session. The application form will be available on the admission portal of the university’s official website. To process the online application form, Candidates need to register themselves. From the university website, application forms can be downloaded. Take a printout of the filled application form, fee challan, and acknowledgment slip for future reference. Application fees can be paid online through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

VTU Distance Education Admission Admit Card
Applicants will get their admit cards through SMS or registered email IDs. The applicants are required to log on to the portal of admission, and a printout must be taken of the admit card. The aspirants must paste their self-attested colored passport-size photograph on the admit card and carry the examination date.
VTU Distance Education Result
The university website has posted the VTU Distance Education results. By entering their USN number, students enrolled in associated colleges with VTU can check their results. Results announced by VTU are tentative.
